Hello, my name is Yuzhe. I'm a fully funded PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo and a member of the  WVisdom Research Group (formerly WatVis). Previously, I was a research member of the  SOCR Big Data & Predictive Analytics at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, and was also affiliated with the  iTSS Lab at UWaterloo.

My research focuses on InfoVis for Explainable AI - visualizing machine learning models under adversarial attacks and making XAI more accessible to non-experts. I have also worked on machine learning for intelligent transportation. In parallel, I explore agent-supported interaction models for creative design through my collaboration with Adobe.

I previously interned at Microsoft in Cambridge, UK, and later at Adobe in San Jose, California. I am now returning to Adobe as a research intern. In my spare time, I enjoy working on personal projects. I am also a digital artist and graphic designer, and a student pilot.
